12.1 Termination by You: You may close your zk777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited, and any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by zk777: zk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
